Also, to tell someone you "probably" can't quote something until another time displays laziness, your use of "probably" informs me you aren't actually certain you're just hazarding a guess and don't want to physically check and because of your laziness you have now lost DDF any future custom from myself.

First off, I have not used DDF or their fencing services as I did not get that far thanks to the sub-standard customer service.

DDF need to review the level of customer service that is being delivered to potential customers from their front desk personnel. That person is the initial point of contact for potential customers, as such should make them feel welcome and worthwhile, especially as any customer entering the store has already taken time out of their day or schedule to physically go there in lieu of an email enquiry.

Upon entering the store to seek assistance in gaining a quote or free estimate as the website promotes, I was greeted with a less than enthusiastic attitude and when asked what I wanted I informed the lady I would like to see if I could gain a quote for some work. She borderline huffed and asked where I was from, when I told her my suburb which is less than a km away she immediately stated "probably won't be able to quote you until February". After the sub-standard customer greeting this was it for me, I swiftly stated that's fine and departed the showroom.
